Responsibilities:

• To supervise BA Operators to organize and handle daily operation and maintenance works for Building Management System (BMS)
• To assist and support engineers to coordinate and handle engineering and project works
• To support and follow up daily building operation of Building Services Department

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering or other equivalent Engineering Disciplines To assist and support engineers to coordinate and handle engineering and project works
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical worker, Grade A or above is preferred
• Good knowledge of building services systems and familiar with DDC system, BACnet system, CAD and MS applications
• 10 years’ or above working experience in BMS and engineering with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience
• Working experience in renowned international BMS firm will be an advantage
• Experience in high rise commercial building will be an advantage
