Objetive:
Liaison with BAIC Motor and support to Daimler directors
Tasks: 
● Coordination with BAIC of all matters in relation to Board and Shareholder meeting for Daimler directors; Interface to BAIC; Collection of information; Addressing issues that Daimler wants to put on agenda
● Analysis of BoD proposals and prepare recommendations to Daimler directors, incl:
- CCT analysis and recommendation
- Investment plan analysis and recommendation
- Other key proposals of BAIC Motor strategy and operation
● Coordination of all matters within Daimler in relation to the participation; related departments are controlling, Strategy, R&D, Legal, COM, PSQ and other
● Reporting and market analysis on:
- China automotive market (focus on China local brand and economic segment – BJ Hyudai)
- Capital market development (H share and A share)
- BAIC Motor performance and analyst reports
- BAIC strategic development (cooperation, business integration, etc)
● Support of Daimler M&A projects in relation to BAIC or associated companies
● Arranging translation and legal check with corporate lawyer and law firm
● Coordination of visits of Daimler Board members
