The Opportunity


We are looking for outgoing and ambitious individual to join our School Admission team on a full time. We run our operations 5 days a week, 10 am – 7 pm.



Responsibilities


  • Recruit qualified candidates to study Degree Programs from indirect/agent channel

  • Helping out with the overall indirect/agents strategy

  • Establish and maintain agent database in China, meet and train agents to make sure they provide consultative advice to potential candidates and promote HULT brand in the right student pool

  • Provide guidance to agents or qualified students throughout the application process (from first point of contact until the enrollment into the program)

  • Interact with agents and prospects in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles

  • Attending fairs and agents events

  • Consistently meet and exceeding team and individual targets

  • Domestic travels are required, around 50% of the time will be travelling

Qualifications


  • Oversea education or exchange experience is required

  • Native Mandarin and Fluency in English

  • Intimate knowledge of China

  • An understanding of the International Education system

  • Outgoing and ambitious individual

  • 3+ years of experience in the field of educational consulting or service industry. Experience in B2B is preferable

  • A highly customer-focused nature, target-oriented and multi-tasking abilities

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Deep understanding of customer needs, requirements and markets
