Business Development Executive
Location: Shanghai
A. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Overview:
Responsible for identifying new logo opportunities for Santa Fe, targeting SME and Global organizations as well as the Direct Consumer market. Focusing on identifying new sales opportunities and delivering on the sales target agreed upon.
B. Key responsibilities in the role are:
New Business
Identify and follow leads to increase customer base
Create new revenue for relocation and mobility services and have a sound working knowledge of the mobility process
Deliver consultative advice, best practice and industry updates to your clients
Be a subject matter expert and be able to promote moving, relocation and immigration services to prospective clients
Provide effective sales presentations and accurate documentation for global assignment management mobility, HR and procurement executive level
Set progressive targets and budgets that reflect sustainable growth year on year.
Meet / exceed agreed revenue targets
Meet / exceed agreed new appointment targets
Effective diary management of sales appointments
Manage own marketing programme to support personal revenue targets
Attend client events in Beijing in accordance with guidelines set by the management
Engage in public speaking events as an ambassador of the Santa Fe Group
Attend company meetings as required
C. QUALIFICATIONS
Degree holder in Business Administration or any related disciplines
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST
Proficient computer skills in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Related working experience in real estate, immigration, HR outsourcing, or household goods moving sales background.
Sales oriented, with high energy, excellent interpersonal & communication skill, presentation skill and customer centric solutions.
