Job Responsibilities:
1.To establish relations with potential online and offline partners, to identify Partner Reseller Strategy if needed & draft business proposal for selected customer segments.
2. To develop new business opportunities
3. To negotiate collaboration deals and ensure a healthy growth of business
4.To define the mass market strategies, target to have continuous growth in sales revenue, customer counts & maximize margin.
5. To provide business direction & co-ordinate with Marketing Team to ensure quality service.
6. Build long-term professional relationships with customers.
1. 与潜在的线上和线下合作伙伴建立关系,根据需要确定合作伙伴经销商战略,并为选定的客户群体起草商业计划书。
2. 开发新的业务合作机会。
3. 协商合作协议,确保业务健康增长。
4. 确定大众市场战略和目标,使销售收入持续增长,客户数量和利润***化。
5. 提供业务指导,与市场部合作,确保优质服务。
6. 与客户建立长期的专业关系。
Job Qualifications:
1. Solid account development experience in multi-national company.
2. 5 years or above beauty/fashion or lifestyle sales experience, preferable in China market.
3. Positive attitude and strong influencing power to his/her colleagues.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Well organized in business proposal & good at data analysis.
7. Good command in both written and spoken English.
8. Proficiency in both Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
