ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)Work under the instruction of Director of Marketing to develop new business in China;
2)Work with team members for the best interest of the company and be a team player;
3)Research and study market trend, information of potential clients and business competitors;
4)Daw up and carry out action plan for new business development;
5)Find, secure and sign new projects to meet annual target;
6)Maintain healthy relationship with current and potential clients;
7)Cooperate with Design team to assist with the contract issue during design phases;
8)Cooperate with Operation to collect outstanding payments when necessary;
9)Travel for business as required;
10)Keep professional appearance and positive altitude.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor graduate or above (business administration related are preferred).
Have relevant working and management experiences in major design firm for more than five years are required.
High sense of responsibility, demonstrates energy and enthusiasm, well ability in communication.
Excellent professional English in oral and written is required.
Sufficient at professional office software as MS Office, Photoshop, etc.
