    Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Manage, lead and strengthen Pharmaceutical collaborations as well as directing and managing project planning, execution and reporting.
    • Search, identification and initial review of PDC partnerships and provide consultative solutions.
    • Lead the negotiation of term sheets and definitive agreements for business partnership, alliances or collaboration opportunities.
    • Ensure all project plans (e.g. schedule, resource, budget, communication plan, risk plan, goals, etc.) to be well prepared and rolled out.
    • Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
    • Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
    • Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
    • Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

    Basic Requirements of the Job:

    • Preferably , M.D. MBA and equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
    • Additional Business qualification is highly desirable
    • Good convincing and negotiation skills with ability to clearly present and articulate a business position
    • Ability to interact with peer groups and respond to questions in a manner consistent with professional scientific etiquette
    • Ability to achieve goals with minimal to moderate supervision and direction
    • Strong professional and interpersonal skills to effectively operate on a global basis (i.e., aptitude for working with diverse cultural groups and appreciation of business or social dictums within disparate entities)
    • Strategic and forward thinking
    • Very good English communication skills (oral and written)
    • Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software packages (Microsoft) is high desirable
    • Intensive contacts and Versatility in IVD ,Pharmaceutical community
    • Solid commercial acumen which can be demonstrated by previous successes in bringing the benefits of sales, marketing, or operational experience to bear to solve business issues or capitalize on market opportunities
    • Strong track record in prioritizing and simultaneously managing multiple projects (activities) in a fast paced environment for timely completion of projects
