Lead and coach the Sales Team in SEI Greater China for Electronics, Lighting, Wound Care and General Industrial applications,

• Lead the sales team to drive business growth aggressively via acquire new customers, find new applications and new opportunities.
• Secure and grow the business with existing key customers, make sure current business runs smoothly
• Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting for responsible market segment
• Manage, support and coach the distributors, set up distributors target through closely work with regional sales managers, and evaluate their performance at middle-year, year-end
• Implement channel and key account strategy in cooperation with DM and KAM (Sales Services)
• Contribute and propose market development strategy in China, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy;
• Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting
• Implement marketing activities according to market plan

Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Economy/business management.

• 5+ year working experience with multinational companies in Sales/Marketing/Business development
• Be familiar with distribution channel management in chemical industries
• Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc)
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Good communication and conflict management skills (internal and external). Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Target oriented and persistent (never give up), ability to work under pressure
• Good customer orientation and teamwork attitude
• Willingness to travel
• Very strong independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated;
• Good judgment and common sense
