ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Be responsible to manage the admin affairs of the department.

2.Draw up and carry out reasonable action plan for BD and Marketing.

3.Collect and analyze the marketing information through various channels.

4.Set up and maintain the relationship with all clients including public media.

5.Actively participate in the Business Development and Public Relations efforts of the firm whenever and wherever possible

6.Work with, and report to Director of Marketing on China based projects.

7.Mentor new staff members and training them to familiar with the standards and procedures of HBA.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor graduate or above (business administration related are preferred);

Have relevant working and management experiences in major design firm for more than five years are required;

High sense of responsibility, demonstrates energy and enthusiasm, well ability in communication.

Excellent professional English in oral and written is required;

Sufficient at professional office software as MS Office, Photoshop, etc;
