Avonflow Business Development Department is based in Hangzhou, where the head office of Avonflow group located.
The mission of this team is to build up and execute Company Business Development Strategies, developing new and potential customers from target markets, in order to drive the continues and profitable growth of Avonflow overall business.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Mid-level manager with a background in exporting sales or marketing and affiliated industries. S/he will have a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing clients’ needs/perspectives to the various stakeholders. The candidate in this role will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker with a history of driving process & strategy implementation. S/he will have a strong track record of supporting key initiatives, tactics, plans, processes, systems, and programs. S/he will be known for accurate forecasting, building strong relationships, and analytical leadership skills. S/he will thrive in a fast paced dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment and insist on the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Building up and maintaining the company Business Development Strategies;
- Through participating professional trade shows, leading the BD team to identify the potential business opportunities for bringing new and potential customers to actual deals. Owns and drive seller launch Goal.
- Identify strategic partner prospects, prepare and participate in negotiations, analyze suggested terms, and manage relationships from start to finish.
- Drive consensus within the Avonflow’s leadership team on overall strategy, roadmap and deliverables.
- Work closely with both sales team/business development and technical/product management leaders to scope and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with our long-term objectives; ensure we are prioritizing the right initiatives.
- Translate market feedback into product requirements, and collect data and information to provide guidance for our strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree. MBA or overseas background is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in exporting sales, business development, within HVAC industry.
- Strong business development and project management skills with the ability to initiate relationships, assess partnership viability, work through long deal cycles, and close complex deals.
- Excellent analytical and planning abilities.
- Track record of successful on initiating, proposing cross functional projects and drive to implement.
- Excellent Leadership with strong persuasion skills able to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.
- Balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on tactical work to get things done quickly.
- Excellent triage ability with the ability to prioritize projects and work.
- Data driven and “quantitative” mentality with an ability to back up ideas with facts or examples.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to speak effectively to any audience.
- Fluency in English is a must. Spanish or Russian can be also considered.
- Flexible to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.

- Demonstrated track record of winning/establishing strategic relationships with key account customers/partners.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Adept at making data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time-zones in multiple languages.
Salary:
Basic 10-20k,After probation to regular plus performance-related pay&commission, and equity or dividend rights.
