Our client is a top international company in market insight solutions. It is specialized in streaming data, visual data discovery, report analytics, data preparation, big data, data mining, data socialization, machine learning, etc.
This role is set up for east China business, covering commodity clients (mining, oil, steel, rubber, etc).
This role requires strong BD skills, and professional communication skills to deal with C-level clients.

Our client is expecting the role to achieve below results:
- Work with the China Sales Director to build a major growth plan
- Rapidly establish and maintain relationships across the customer & prospect organisations, from executive to user level, and utilize these relationships to develop substantial new business opportunities
- Follow a structured solution sales process for renewals, revenue growth and prospecting
- Build a deep understanding of customer workflows, challenges and opportunities
- Exceed revenue growth targets for the region
- White Space analysis across the core growth markets (government, ports, ship-owning, energy, commodities, and financials)
- Constant engagement with client, primarily face-to-face
- Focus on high value opportunities, ensuring that value arguments, objection handling and other key product-related attributes are managed in a best in class manner and generate higher win rates
- Diligent forecasting of revenue monthly
- Manage renewal sales process for a handful of key strategic renewals
- Engage with multiple stakeholders in the business (product, account management, business line management & senior executives) to further drive growth in the region
理想的求职者
- Bachelor's degree - any equivalent combination of experience and education could be considered
- Familiar with Commodity Clients (mining, oil, steel, rubber, etc)
- 6+ years sales experience in Solution Sales related business is required
- Working in a high-pressure environment with goal-orientated drive
- Excellent communication skills (verbally and written) are essential, with a requirement to communicate internally in English
- Result-oriented
- Understanding of the sales process.

- Self-driven and motivated
