Generate new business within the scope of warehousing and distribution within China. (no specific vertical market)

Professionally and dynamically represent Toll in all your business dealings with clients.

Establish SOPs jointly with clients, finance and operations team and ensure compliance from all related parties.

Establishment of performance metrics to measure respective services provide by Toll and provide monthly reporting thereof to clients.

Generate and maintain/update Client File with account history, meeting minutes history, performance history as well as contact details

Proactively manage account receivables for respective clients.

Develop knowledge and experience of at least one vertical market

Maintain HSE safe practices / process in accordance with Toll corporate HSE standards.

Share knowledge and continually reinforce positive internal communication with colleagues throughout the Toll team including BD, Operations, Finance and Management.

Prepare reports (BD activity reports, sales meeting reports and a monthly BD report covering status with regard to business targets and pipeline progress) as well as ad-hoc reports where required.

Participate in service presentations to clients on a regular monthly / quarterly basis as required.

Become involved in business community forums

Business related travel dependent on client requirements.

This is a Management level position.
