• Drive segment strategy based on deep understanding of specific segment/market.
• Take lead of various marketing initiatives and collaterals in targeted segments
• Build up expertise (intelligence/insights) and network (external/ internal) for the targeted markets/ segments
• Lead and optimize project portfolio and pipeline for the respective segment. E.g. university, employer, associations and government sectors
• Identify new business opportunities together with BD team;
• lead/participate in cooperation activities with counterparts
• Collect market information/insight in accountancy professional bodies, and transfer to our business opportunities, improve the market transparency
• Proactively develop connections and potential cooperation opportunities with ICAEW brand

• Undertake any duties assigned by line manager

Extensive experience of marketing and business development ideally within a professional services/ financial services sector and/or experience in an educational environment i.e. EMBA/MBA programmes with leading business schools.

Resourceful and result driven

Excellent negotiation and project management skills

Good presentation and public speaking skills

Familiar with Chinese social media marketing

Ability to work independently

Fluent in Chinese and English

Frequent travel needed
