Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic BD & marketing intern to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieving our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing BD & marketing plans.

You will collaborate with our team in events and sales activities. Your contribution will help to develop, expand and maintain our BD & marketing channels.

This internship gives you the exposures of different industries and will provide you with the knowledge and skillset for Business Development and Marketing through various BD activities.

Main responsibilities:
Assist in planning, preparing and hosting of various events

Contribute on research and provide ideas for event themes and activities

Support in preparing marketing materials, scheduling meetings and related tasks

Carry out administrative and data entry-related tasks, and maintain organised files for marketing team

Follow up on the outcome of Marketing Campaigns, and reports on event highlights.

Skills and experience:
Essential

Completing or have completed a degree in a related field such as business, marketing, public relations or journalism

Passion for learning and growing in the BD & marketing field

Demonstrated communication and creative skills (educational examples accepted)

Ability to work well in a team setting

Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Native Chinese language skills both verbal and written

Good all-round communication skills

Past internships in marketing

Portfolio of past projects/campaigns worked on

Japanese, Korean and/or Indonesian language skills
