Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! In this role you will work part of the Business Development team to manage Siemens customers inquiries and request. You are expected to handle requests on timely manners and coordinate the responses with internal departments. • Receive RFQs/ POs and customer follow-ups • Manage/ update Siemens’ vendor information on customer portals • Maintain, update, and distribute list of RFQs and POs on customer portals • Coordinate prequalification requirements between concerned BUs and HR/Finance/EHS/QA • Provide logistical support to executive management and VIP visitors Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! • Technical diploma / BS in Electrical Engineering/Project Management/IT • 0 – 3 Years of Experience • General understanding of procurement process and its documents. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent time management skills. • Critical thinker. • English and Arabic Language.
