JOB PURPOSE
? Act as Sales leader of China-Niger trade growth and primary contact for both technical and functional services in Niger and Greater China;
? Secure business from new accounts and maintain contact and business with existing customers;
? Meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned route and develop end to end solutions from China to Niger and Niger to Worldwide.
? Be responsible for offering full range of services to assigned customers (existing and new);
? Alert Middle office managers in case recurrent operational failures and work on solutions with management.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
? Maintaining and growing existing customer’s portfolio by quoting, visiting customers and following operations.
? Developing new customers (GC, IP, garments) based in Niger looking for end to end solution from China to Niger as well as export from Niger to overseas (mainly for Chinese factories based in Niger) based on sales visits, exchange of sales lead, regular trip in China, close collaboration with CN network.
? Ensure a proper follow up of pipeline in sharing meeting minutes, monthly conference call with Head of front office management.
? Report accordingly within Concerto (CRM)
? Airfreight coordinator for the Niger cargo in transit.
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
? At least 3~5 years convinced project experience in Logistics / FFW industry;
? Chinese Native and proficient in English, French speaking is necessary;
? Must have good verbal and written communications skills;
? Must have a natural excellence in communication;
? Working location is Niger.
