职位描述

Job Responsibility

• Assist for planning & executing in-depth market intelligence analysis to support business growth requirements & new opportunities development.
• Business performance diagnosis through internal data analysis & voice of relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up the industry dynamics, collect and analysis the data of market trends, competitors and business models, provide market report on industry analysis, and detailed competitor & relevant research field analysis.
• Understand technical trends in responsible markets, responsible for portfolio management & new application development.
• Work with the team for marketing strategy implementation, developing workflow/solution based value proposition & sales tools and working process/mechanism of cross regional/cross products selling effectively in Organization.
• Coordinate internal resources and key project support for business growth.

Qualifications & required skills

• Education: Master degree or above in marketing, science field or related subjects
• Above 3 years’ technical/marketing experience for industrial products , BEA portfolio relevant background is a plus
• Strong business sense and result orientation
• Independent, initiative and self confidence
• Good communication skill & team work
• Fluent in Microsoft Office tools, especially familiar with excel for data analysis
• Good writing and expressing in English
