We are looking for one junior / middle level associate to join the corporate IPO team in Beijing office.
  • 3-5 years' experience from leading international or PRC firms
  • Experience focus on listing of PRC companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • Good understanding of the HK listing rules, with strong drafting and transaction management skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • For PRC qualified lawyers, overseas education or working experience a valuable addition but not a must
