Job Description
We are looking for one junior/middle level associate to join the corporate M&A team in Beijing office.

#LI-POST
  • 2-4 years experience from leading international or PRC law firms, with a focus on merger & acquisition/private equity
  • Excellent English drafting skills
  • PRC background lawyer (i.e. native Chinese) with first law degree from top Chinese law school
  • For PRC qualified lawyers, overseas education or working experience a valuable addition but not a must
