Job Description
We are looking for one junior/middle level associate to join the funds team in Beijing and Shanghai offices.
  • 3-5 years' experience from leading international law firms or local law firms
  • Solid experience in funds formation (both USD funds and RMB funds), M&A/PE experience a valuable addition
  • Passed PRC bar exam
  • Excellent English drafting skills
