Job Description
We are looking for one middle / senior level common law background lawyer to join the funds team in Beijing or Shanghai office.
  • 3PQE+ from leading international law firms
  • Solid experience in funds formation (both USD funds and RMB funds), M&A/PE experience and PRC law knowledge a valuable addition
  • Qualified in commonwealth jurisdiction or US
  • Excellent English drafting skills
  • Business level oral Mandarin skills required
