What You'll Do

Our Associate position is a high-impact role with massive growth potential, providing broad exposure to a variety of projects and functional roles. You will work with a small, high-impact collaborative project delivery team in a fast-paced, high-stakes consulting environment and gain a comprehensive, top-to-bottom view of highly complex organizations.

This is a hands-on technical position requiring analytical and problem-solving skills where you will serve as a subject matter expert in BI Publisher and Unifier configuration respectively. You will be required to understand business requirements, and independently architect, design and develop solutions.

Requirements

• Understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier configuration tools, data structures and integration
• Expert in SQL and the creation of complex Unifier data views
• Expert in creating BI Publisher reports from Unifier data views
• Expert in managing Unifier permissions, deployments, and BP configuration
• Expert in troubleshooting Unifier errors in client production environments
• Solid understanding of the nature of project management, construction and engineering processes
• Solid understanding of electronic cost management with strong emphasis on budgeting, contracts, and change orders
• At least 3 years of experience in related field
• Interpersonal and communication skills to work with a complex user base
• Experience with large ERP and financial application integration projects is preferred
• Ability to lead meetings or experience in public speaking is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Mandarin is a must (speak, read, write, translate)
• Must speak and write English on a professional level
