Objective of job:
1. Closely work with IT and BI team to overall monitor and manage the daily operation and system performance of Regulatory reporting platform and related database, including but not limited for PBOC/CBIRC/SAFE etc.;
2. Initiate and manage mandatory projects in the area of regulatory reporting, orgainze Regulatory reporting team members who are with technical, business or accounting experize, coordinate with other functions inside/outside F&C, and technically support automation projects in all regulatory reporting fields;
3. Assess and iron out any impact from new project or system changes towards the data readiness and accuracy of regulatory reporting;
4. Bridge the communications between data and the regulators in case of issues, change requests;
5. Support the process simplification and standardization through automation and machine intelligence (e.g. RPA), to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness;
6. Support the design and the carry-out of the regulatory reporting related strategy and BI strategy;
7. Support other data topics, e.g. regulatory related data governance, regulatory platform architecture.
