Responsibilities 

• Prepare 3D design details & shop drawings in accordance with the design intent and project specifications.
• Responsible for developing and modifying the BIM model in metal works in project
• Maintain BIM standard templates and object families library
• Support any design management tasks for the department
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent
• Certificate holder of TCP (Technically Competent Person) T3
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in using 3D software (i.e. solid work, Rhino, Revit, SketchUp etc.) is a “MUST”
• Minimum 2 years BIM modeling usage experience
• Familiar with metal works and façade design will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Program Applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred      

Working hours Mon – Fri : 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, alternate Sat : 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
