Your Role - Challenging and Future-Oriented Effective BIM collaboration with all stakeholders. Skilled in model management and clash detection. Good understanding of BIM compliance documentation. Use digital tools to interpret and analyze design documents to determine the optimal means and methods of construction. Create overlays of separate design discipline drawings to identify conflicts, fill incomplete information, and coordinate electrical scope with other disciplines. Develop drawings and models of electrical scope with all clarities for execution teams. Assist in the preparation of drawings and point plans for use by surveying crews. Prepare as-built drawings of completed work for submission to Client. Proper file and drawings documentation with all revisions, for record maintenance purpose. Deliver accurate and thorough designs that meet applicable design standards and engineering practices for building and infrastructure projects. Abide by and comply with Siemen compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines. Always acts and work as team player and constant sense of mutual support Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid! Experience of 06-08 years as BIM coordinator specifically for Building & Infrastructure Projects. Expert level skills required in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit & Navisworks Manage. Minimum qualification is diploma in technical discipline or equivalent certification. Certification/additional qualification for BIM specifically will be a plus. What else do you need to know?
