Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Being a story teller who can interpret the value of data from BIM; being an integrator who can visualize power of bringing data together; being an Engineer who has potential to look beyond the design of built environment to the entire life cycle; being an ambassador of digital tool to realise the business insights and appreciate the purpose of such tool to the commercial value to organization and being a collaborator who is able to reach out to people from different disciplines and get a bird view of data representation
  • Conduct client-facing presentations to showcase the company’s BIM capabilities and services, including BIM Integrated Engineering Design, BIM Model & Information Management, BIM-based PPM, High-level BIM Advisory Consultancy, BIM Embedded/Extended Digital Applications, etc.
  • Write bid proposals in response to various RFPs
  • Plan and manage resources in project delivery process
  • Active industry presence for marketing and promoting company’s brand
  • Coordinate and formulate award entries and other pitching materials for various business development use
  • Drive BIM / digital applications internally through various means and channels
  • Determine R&D roadmap and priorities in the BIM related fields
  • Establish and cultivate technical communities, and organise internal events for knowledge sharing
  • Coordinate the BIM Maturity Measure (BIMmm) exercise in the region and periodically report status and trend to senior management
  • Act as the regional focal point to connect with Global counterparties for skills sharing and various ad hoc activities

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree in Engineering with strong interest in digital engineering applications
  • With MHKIBIM or equivalent qualification is added advantage
  • At least 8 years of work experience in BIM preferably with solid building and/or infrastructure project delivery experience
  • Hands-on experience of operating mainstream software packages, such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Civil 3D, Forge, BIM360, etc
  • Passion in exploring and linking BIM to/with other emerging technologies, such as IoT, BMS, GIS, AR/VR/MR, AI/ML, Laser Scanning, 3D Printing etc
  • Digital mindset and skills for seeking data insights & business value proposition
  • Sound communication and planning skills for project management
  • Fluent in English, Added advantage of speaking Cantonese and Mandarin
