Responsibilities:

• Draft and update BIM models and deliverables for construction projects;
• Manage BIM database.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education;
• 3 years construction experience with min. 1 year experience in BIM projects;
• Familiar with BIM applications;
• Associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKBIM) or equivalent;
• Immediate available is preferred.
