Job Summary

• 负责搭建暖通、给排水、电气专业等BIM建筑信息模型；

• 以BIM技术解决空间造型复杂、工程难度大的项目设计；

• 协助项目各合作团队参与项目各阶段设计工作；

• 参与管线综合、四维模拟、工程量清单、预留洞口的BIM技术服务工作。

Minimum Requirements

• 1-3年及以上相关设计绘图经验均可；

• 熟悉AutoCAD、Revit、Navisworks等相关软件；

• 工作细致认真，责任心强，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；

• 学习能力强、乐于学习、善于创新；

• 掌握Microstation、Rhinoceros或者Ecotect、IES等建筑物理性能评价软件者优先考虑。
