• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• At least 15 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in a multinational design firm (Commercial, Workplace)

• Proven track record in bringing in new projects/clients

• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software and BIM

• A keen eye for design and a passion for creativity

 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate design concepts and market studio

• Highly skilled in managing and developing a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• A dynamic personality and a willingness to take on new challenges
