Job Description
- Proficient in applying L6S tools
- Facility VSM (value stream map) SME(subject matter expert), regularly review facility VSM’s, and provide feedback to Value Stream Leaders on VSM gaps and improvement opportunities
- Facility Problem Solving SME, regularly review completed Problem Solving activities, provide feedback/coaching to leaders, and provide updates to Plant Leadership on facility Problem Solving Quality
- Deliver Problem Solving and various Lean Element Training
- Organize, lead, facilitate and manage cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects
- Deliver Green Belt training and provide coaching to Green Belts
- Coordinate RIE and Green Belt certifications with the Continuous Improvement Group

Minimum Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience leading Lean Six Sigma transactional or manufacturing projects
- Strong project management, quantitative and analytical skills
- Green Belt Training experience is required
- Good oral English, ability to communicate fluently; Good written English, ability to write project in English.
