·       负责BMS系统需求对接、系统方案与系统架构设计、系统需求分解

·       根据项目方案进行BMS软件的需求分析

·       负责BMS SOX功能及算法的开发、系统测试和验证工作

·       负责搭建电池管理系统测试台架，全面负责各阶段BMS的试验工作

·       负责云端电池算法架构的搭建

·       通过大数据技术，设计和规划基础大数据算法场景并推动实现

·       本科及以上学历，数学、物理、电化学、计算机等相关专业；

·       3年以上BMS相关工作经验，3年以上电池算法开发经验

·       具有丰富的SOX控制策略开发和验证经验

·       具有丰富的量产项目电池相关问题追溯分析经验

·       熟悉分布式计算平台，熟练使用spark mlib框架

·       可以使用CANalyzer/CANoe等CAN监控和分析软件进行CAN总线测试 .

·       可以使用INCA进行软件标定和测试

·       熟悉锂电池特性及相关背景知识

·       具备基本的C代码开发概念，有C代码开发经验或嵌入式软件开发经验优先

·       熟悉ISO26262、AutoSAR标准，且有相关开发经验优先
