Duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate the Building Management System and CCMS
• Understand asset structure and collect associated data
• Keep close monitoring of Building operation through BMS & AFA and report abnormal findings to supervisor
• As the main contact of work order from user (7888)
• Key management for contractor
• Equipment borrowing management for internal & external party
• Provide log and report for supervisor review
   
• 負責管理大廈自動化系統操作工作
• 熟識大廈自動化系統的結構並收集相關系統數據
• 應用BMS 及AFA系統密切監察大廈的運作
• 負責日常處理客戶工作單的聯絡人
• 負責工具及鎖匙設備的借取管理
• 提供報告或系統運行的數據供上司檢查
• 每週工作54小時, 輪班, 6天工作

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 5 years relevant work experience
• Registered electrical worker license A0
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent spoken & written English
• Fluent spoken & written local language
