Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Business Unit BPA
? Forecasting & Analysis – Analyze monthly actuals and provide forecast by collaborating with business stakeholders to drive financial improvement
? Monthly LO and annual budgeting – Support business on the monthly LO as well the annual budgeting process, provide finance report on actual and forecast gap analysis, support business to identify R&O and corrective actions, improving the business transparency
? Challenge and investigate results - checking in particular progress towards budget achievement
? System Maintenance – Keep track of master data changes for management reporting use, coach users about coding rules and facilitate to system upgrade
? Process Improvement – Advise on controlling process improvement by coordinating with teams
? Good data consolidation skills
? Ad hoc projects

Desirable Requirements:
Education: University degree preferably in Finance / Economics related subject, or professional accounting qualification.

Languages: Fluent (oral & writing) in English and Mandarin

Experience: ? Minimum 5 years experiences in finance planning & analysis function in MNC, pharmaceutical industry preferred
? Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment dealing with changes
? Good business & finance acumen, strong analytical skills.
? Good communication skills, influence the stakeholders to drive results
