1. Deploy appropriate BOSCH lean tools by providing training & coaching.
2. Moderate workshop to drive the development of lean value stream;
3. Moderate workshop to define plant strategy & strategic projects to achieve plant vision;
4. Organize regular review meeting to follow up plant strategic projects;
5. Interface with external BPS, Digitalization & CIP organizations for exchanging best practice;

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Management or related major;
2. Knowledge of lean production, familiar with BPS (BOSCH production system) is a plus;
3. Experience in providing training, coaching and moderation skill;
4. Good social competence with strong cooperation, presentation & communication skills;
5. Good analytical skill and structured working style;
6. Have work experience in international enterprises is preferred;
7. Fluent English in writing and speaking.
