Objectives for the Position:

• Support of AP engineering in program/project planning, tracking & reporting
• Support the generation and maintenance of program/project plans, budgets and metrics
• Preparations of engineering program management analyses / reports for Engineering Management & Project managers
• Assist integration of program/project planning with resource allocation
• Maintain project management data in project management tool Clarity
• Train locally AP engineering in
• TRW project management requirements provided by the launch roadmap initiative
• compliance with project reporting (e.g. metrics)
• is usage of project management tool Clarity
• Establish good communication link to engineering program office in and
  

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor regular updates of program/project data like
• Timings
• Metrics
• Time booking
• Opening & closing of projects
• Resource pool
• APDF(Application Program Direction Form) Step1 Initiate/Step 5 Approval
• Monthly check the project codes status between Program team and Finance team
• Reporting of status to engineering management team and project managers on a regular base as well ad hoc if needed
• Support integration of program/project planning and resource allocation (utilizing MS Project and Project Management System Clarity)
• Maintain close contact to Eng Program Office in und
• Support and Japan tech center


Professional Skill & Other Requirements:

• University school or/and engineering degree or financial degree
• English / Chinese / Japanese language skills( English/Chinese is a must)
• Financial knowledge / education is a must
• PC-standard software (MS Office)
• MS Project knowledge or must be very skillful in operation of spreadsheets
• Program & project management knowledge / background(preferred)
• Communication skills & facilitator
• Six Sigma Green Belt trained (preferred)
• Willingness to travel (mainly in AP region)
