As a Finance & Controlling Leader you will: • Responsible for Bid & Execution with profit and loss responsibility • Manage local monthly forecast and annual budget processes and related activities make use of steering actions to maximize projects performance • Local coordination of all commercial activities in projects acquisition as well as in projects execution, with business acumen being the trust advisor for the business. • Risk and opportunity management: identify risks and opportunities, define and implement appropriate measures to optimize business results • Responsibility for adherence of all internal and external projects financial and reporting rules, corporate policies, CF procedures, quality standards and international audit requirements • Management of customer relations regarding financial aspects • Provide on-going financial planning analysis, tools and reporting systems to support the development of strategic initiatives and business plans • Strong leadership management, focus in people development ensuring long-term diverse & motivated team • Serve as management representative on the Audit and Finance Administration committees and attend Board of Director meetings To make a difference, you must have: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economy and Accounting (Master’s degree preferred) • Significant experience in finance project management • Leadership skills and team development • Project Management Certification • Knowledge of IFRS and BR GAAP rules • Proficiency in English • Desirable Spanish • Strong Knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Mastersaf is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel If you identify with what we are looking for, come apply!
