In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing deliverables across IT, HRMS, and ES Global ensuring effective partnership for product delivery and support activities. You will work within IDM & Integration Services leadership supporting modernization strategy, roadmap and implementation of data and application integration technology ecosystem providing enhanced customer experiences to business unit functions . Whether it's Master Data Management, Integration Services, Analytics, Data Governance, Data Assets or Data Storage Platforms you will be managing customers relationship/expectations while working across Information and Data service product teams to ensure effective solution delivery. Building strong relationships across customer teams but also technical product teams will be essential. In addition, you will be responsible for a team of full stack Data Engineers that will deliver business outcomes for our IDM products, providing a unique opportunity for technology product ownership across Business Unit delivery. Support execution on a comprehensive Information and Data strategy as part of the overall Eaton IT enterprise architecture and business strategy Lead a global team of employees and contractors to deliver Information and Data products in a DevOps model Manage/Provide support services across Information and Data application for designated BU responsibility Support evolution of high quality integration products in line with business requirements using an Agile DevOps development methodology Understand BU priorities and strategic roadmaps ensuring alignement across IDM functions Work in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and IDM product teams to deliver modernization program supporting cloud transition Deliver on operational KPIs for BU teams and solutions including pipeline quality, platform availability and metadata management Ensure effective support for BU applications for IDM products Consult with value stream teams on identifed opportunties across BU functions Upskill BU team into a full stack data engineer function prepared for modernization within cloud environment This role will work with IT SLT to understand their analytics needs, prioritize them based on benefits and lead and manage the projects. They will own all analytics delivery to the IT function (Service now, cyber phishing etc.) The platform + BU lead under me has ownership of all analytics platforms as well as delivery of HR and ES EMEA. This BU lead will have ownership of IT as a business unit for analytics delivery. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor's degree in STEM from accredited university 8+ years of data/application management experience '-Demonstrated experience implementing and supportingInformation and Data frameworks such as Apigee, MDM, Cloudera, PowerBI -Relationship management experience specifically working across business function resources to deliver priority items -Experience developing data engineering teams that can deliver on strategic application modernization -Experience working with a mixture of 3rd party and cloud native technologies and ecosystems, including AWS and Microsoft Azure '-Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at senior levels and demonstrated experience managing vendors. -Ability to lead team through diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems -Ability to identify operational issues and proactively solutions to resolve problems. -Experience acheiving team KPIs -Experience reporting team progress and opportunties to upper management -Ability to driven application modernization and enablement -Experience managing high-level technical delivery. -Experience influencing leadership and key stakeholders on technology solutions. -Experience applying knowledge of the new processes and concepts in IT management, structure and organization.
