Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Specialist Contractor. 
  • Subsidiary of French construction company
  • Member of French listed global construction group
  • We offer a full range of services from concept design, detailed design to coordination, supply and installation, testing and commissioning, operation and maintenance, and energy management.
  • We have a comprehensive experience in delivering Electrical and Mechanical services for projects of any type and size, including major capital projects, A&A Renovation works, either greenfield or brownfield, for public and private clients.
  • HK office : 250 staff 
  • We are looking for BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN MANAGER - with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering; 
  • Experience with not less than 10 years of working experience in managing large scale projects; 
  • Corporate member of relevant professional institutions (HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE, IET or equivalent) is an advantage; 
  • Experience in design & built projects is an advantage; 
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure; 
  • Initiative and good interpersonal skill; 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to communicate with clients and consultants.
