The Job:

• Maintenance / improvement works and services, including planning, project management, engineering design and contract administration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Practical experience in monitoring maintenance works of public rental housing estates, or
• Experience in developing and implementing ISO 50001 Energy Managemenrt System will be an added advantage
• Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Division) elected after 5.12.1975; or
• Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers / Institution of Mechanical Engineers and is registered as Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council of UK;
• Possess a Registered Electrical Worker Licence;
• Minimum one-year relevant post-qualification experience;
• At least Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE (“Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE held before 2007), or equivalent; and
• Well versed in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT.

Salary: $49,000 ~ $79,000 commensurate with qualifications and relevant working experiences.
