Located at our Pok Fu Lam campus the incumbent coordinates together with the bus companies the dispatch and routing for buses in order to ensure the safe and timely transportation of GSIS students at all our campuses. S/He resolves transportation problems and maintains effective public relations with parents, drivers and staff.
 
REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in working in a busy environment, preferably in a transportation, logistics or school environment
• Fluent English and Cantonese speaker with sound written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle demanding clients effectively
• Proven computer skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
• A team player, used to work in a multicultural environment
• High degree of customer orientation and problem solving attitude
• Manage communication with parents and the transportation contractor and resolve issues or concerns as needed
• Respond to and resolve parent inquiries and complaints
