Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines. An MBA degree is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in business analysis, preferably from retail or consumer industry
• Strong business acumen and numerical sense
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis for business opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation analysis and scenario simulations
• Conduct insightful operational analysis to investigate ongoing issue
• Assist the team with research to provide business insight and context for business recommendations
• Support with putting together presentations for senior management
• Source and develop market intelligence available to the team, including monitoring of news and other sources of public information
• Execute relevant industry analysis against competitors
• Participate in ad hoc projects to understand market development and identify opportunities for business units
• Support the monitoring and reporting of business units and financial performance of business units

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst.)
