Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Real Estate related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis / research preferably in real estate industry, or hotel industry
• Strong business acumen with good critical analysis skill across a range of different disciplines, computer literacy, data management and numeracy skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills and able to work with people in different levels
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC software e.g. Advance Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Access

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business performance & financial analysis of the serviced apartments / residential leasing portfolios
• Research and keep abreast of market update and the trends of collect information of serviced apartment market /residential leasing industry and develop relevant database
• Conduct customer data analysis and manage build up CRM system to understand customers’ needs
• Draw insights and recommendations to enhance business performance
