Business Development Manager (Based in Shanghai)
Job Description:
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business through personal networking and structured canvassing
• Develop referral relationships with other agencies and companies involved in the London residential real estate industry
• Provide guidance to an existing team of client managers based in Hong Kong and help to close deals to meet targets
• Work with the London based marketing team to ensure that all events and branding exercises are executed successfully
• Track, records and report progress activity to company Directors

Requirements
• 2-5 years of residential real estate experience
• Sound geographical knowledge of London
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• At least a Higher Diploma or degree holder
• Proactive, well - organized, self-motivated, good presentation, excellent customer service, positive attitude, team player and detail minded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, friendly personality.
• Complete fluency in English and Mandarin. Spoken Cantonese is an advantage but not essential.
• Proficiency in PC knowledge, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

This role is perfect for an individual who is self-motivated, can work well independently and also enjoys being part of a proactive team.

This position offer with basic salary as well as commission bonuses for achieved targets.

Occasionally there will be need to work a few days on the weekend, when assisting with property exhibitions and hosting seminar events.
