Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Co-coordinate daily production in Central Kitchen, ensure products ordered are products delivered.
- Co-coordinate and manage catering services to our Clients.
- Handle daily documents and filings.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties issues.
- Handle ad hoc tasks, projects, and reports as assigned.
Requirements:
- A team player with relevant experience in F&B catering or production kitchen is desirable.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese.
- Interested in Central Kitchen / Catering operation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Above average problem-solving skills, detailed-oriented, creative and very good interpersonal skill.
- Immediate available is highly preferable.
Place of work: Wong Chuk Hang, just 1 Minute walk from MTR.
