Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Co-coordinate daily production in Central Kitchen, ensure products ordered are products delivered.
  • Co-coordinate and manage catering services to our Clients.
  • Handle daily documents and filings.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties issues.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks, projects, and reports as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A team player with relevant experience in F&B catering or production kitchen is desirable.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese.
  • Interested in Central Kitchen / Catering operation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Above average problem-solving skills, detailed-oriented, creative and very good interpersonal skill.
  • Immediate available is highly preferable.

Place of work:  Wong Chuk Hang, just 1 Minute walk from MTR.
