Job Description
◾Check of all incoming invoices and credits, ask for approval from Project- or Line-Manager and forwarding to the company accountants
◾Preparation of all outgoing invoices and VAT related documents
◾Management of bank accounts, liquidity and financial reports
◾Point of contact for general administrative and financial tasks
◾Performance of project controlling
◾Registration of hours worked, absence from work and holidays
◾Check and administration of activity reports
◾Reimbursement of travel expenses
◾Organisation for office tasks and business travel
◾Company correspondence
