Key Responsibilities

  • To standardize and rationalize administrative and repetitive tasks globally
  • To provide daily reports that can’t be automated and/or that need formatting
  • To insure data maintenance and data accuracy when applicable
  • Locally, to provide assistance to local execution teams as workloads permit

On a day-to-day, a Back Office Analyst’s main tasks are:
  • Contract confirmations
  • Payments checking and issuing
  • Warehouses and Services (Labs) invoicing management
  • System monitoring: contract marriage, blending, MTM & Premium updates, Coface limits, position rolling etc.
  • Month end stock reconciliation and stock insurance declaration
  • Report daily tasks and registration maintenance

The scope will increase with Group needs and business volume.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 0-2 years related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Resilient and rigorous with repetitive tasks
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Positive and hard-working attitude
