Key Responsibilities
On a day-to-day, a Back Office Analyst’s main tasks are:
The scope will increase with Group needs and business volume.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- To standardize and rationalize administrative and repetitive tasks globally
- To provide daily reports that can’t be automated and/or that need formatting
- To insure data maintenance and data accuracy when applicable
- Locally, to provide assistance to local execution teams as workloads permit
On a day-to-day, a Back Office Analyst’s main tasks are:
- Contract confirmations
- Payments checking and issuing
- Warehouses and Services (Labs) invoicing management
- System monitoring: contract marriage, blending, MTM & Premium updates, Coface limits, position rolling etc.
- Month end stock reconciliation and stock insurance declaration
- Report daily tasks and registration maintenance
The scope will increase with Group needs and business volume.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Resilient and rigorous with repetitive tasks
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Positive and hard-working attitude
