Who are we?
- We are the EyeC VLSI team of Mobileye - a group designing the chips for Radar and LiDAR systems for ADAS and autonomous cars
- The group is responsible for all disciplines of VLSI development, Including but not limited to
- Emulation (SW and HW)
- Microarchitecture
- Logic Design
- Design
- Verification
- Analog and circuit design and layout
- Physical and structural design (backend)
- Product and test engineering
What will you do?
- You will establish and lead a backend group (RTL2GDS) that is designing complex SoCs for Radar and Lidar. Specifically- your work will cover the following:
- Hire a world-class backend team
- Coordinating and driving the backend activity of our SoC's. Provide schedules and allocate work to the team members
- Work with engineers to identify and overcome roadblocks and obstacles.
- Work in close collaboration with the front-end team
- Work in close collaboration with our backend team in the US and with outsourcing teams when required
- Driving the execution of all backend activities, from floor-planning through implementation and SoC physical and timing closure
- Backend implementation guidelines: Process, standard cells and track selection, memories, corners, metal layers, voltage levels, power grid, etc

Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Bsc\ MSC in Electrical engineering/ Computer engineering
At least 10 years of experience in VLSI backend (RTL2GDS)
Prior experience in leading backend teams
Prior experience in responsibility for the backend activity of complex SoC's
Expert knowledge of the entire backend design flow (floorplanning, STA, CTS, PnR, IR, EM, Physical verification, chip integration, high frequency designs)
Knowledge of Synopsys Fusion Compiler and ICC2
