Vishay Simconix is currently seeking a full time Backmental Process Engineer responsible for process development and optimization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process setup/maintain for backmetal, like grinding, etching, taping/detaping, evaporation.
• Process standardization, optimization and simplification.
• Project management for transfer project or new tools evaluation/qualification.
• Work on cost reduction and second source evaluation.
• Have the good sense of error proof.
• Support maintenance engineer and production.
• Data analysis skill is requested, with good logical thinking ability.
• Will to learn and need OT if necessary.

Requirements:

With two years maintenance experience, it's better to have some PLC skills, and it's a plus if have experience on below.

Tools: DISCO or Strasbaugh Grinder, Evaporator(ULVAC or MARK50), Wet Etch, Taper/Detaper(Lintec or Takatori).

Bachelor degree, good english spoken, read&write ability.
