The Baker’s Assistant position is responsible for carrying out daily operations of the bakery’s production schedule under the direction of the Baker and Pastry Chef. Any candidate should be someone who is looking to learn more and develop their hands-on skills with a positive attitude. 

麵包助理於店舖協助麵包之生產及制作。應徵者須具備積極的態度, 學習更多知識和發展技能。

Responsibilities:

• Measure ingredients, mix and shape doughs to produce bakery products including bread, pastries etc. using precise café standards 精準量度配料所需
• Receive and store inventory, proof/prepare for baking, and bake to ensure the consistency of product 妥善接收和管理存貨, 協助日常麵包和糕點之生產及制作,以確保水準一致
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked, responsible for proper sanitation of the work environment 保持工作環境清潔，庫存充足，負責適當清潔工作
• Demonstrate hospitality, respect and a friendly attitude toward Guests and fellow team members 對客人和員工有禮

• Other related responsibilities as assigned 其他指定的工作

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in Bakery or Pastry production or recent graduate一年烘焙工作經驗,應屆畢業生也考慮
• Enthusiastic about baking at very high quality對高質素的烘焙充滿熱誠
• Well organized, creative, self-motivated, innovative, good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills組織能力強、有創意、良好的溝通、人際和管理技巧

• Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills具解難能力和有綜合項目管理能力
• Good team player, responsible, hardworking 有團隊合作精神、有責任感及勤奮
• Immediate available is preferable 即時上班優先考
