  • 2、Proficient in Microsoft skills of products(Outlook,PowerPoint,Word,Excel)

  • 3、Flexible schedule(weekends,evenings if needed)
  • 灵活的时间安排(如果有需要周末或晚上需加班)
  • 4、Fine dining and previews demonstration or teaching experiences
  • 良好的餐饮和预演演示或教学经验

  • 1、Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cake,cookies,pie,chocolate

  • 2、Create and innovate exciting desserts

  • 3、Decorate patisserie using different icing topping to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting

  • 4、Monitor stocks for ingredients and make appreciate orders within budget

  • 5、Guide and motivate pastry assistants to work more efficiently

  • 6、Maintain a lean and orderly pastry station and adhere to health safety standards

  • 7、Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills required

  • Requirements:
  • 1、Proven experience as patisserie chef(cakes,chocolate,pie,sweet)or relevant role
  • 经验丰富的糕点厨师 (蛋糕, 巧克力, 馅饼, 糖果) 或相关的角色
  • 2、Create attention to details and creativity

  • 3、Organizing and leadership skills

  • 4、Willingness to replenish professional knowledge

  • 5、In depth knowledge of sanitation principles ,food preparation and cakes-chocolate techniques

  • 6、Conducts in classroom demonstrations as required

  • 7、Demonstrates techniques and concepts as required

  • 8、Delivers clear concise and organized lectures as required

  • 9、Asses students or corporate chef performance through observation and interaction

  • 10、Maintain a positive focused learning environment during class

  • 11、Assures that classes are conducted in a manner that complies on food safety and sanitation

  • Job Requirement:
  • 1、Experience pastry chef(cake-chocolate)
  • 经验丰富的糕点师(蛋糕和巧克力)
  • 2、Age depending on skill and experience
  • 年龄不限,但应与技能和经验相匹配
  • 3、Minimum 15 years of experience pastry diploma
  • 糕点专业15年或以上工作经验
  • 4、Certificate in patisseries art or relevant field
  • 拥有法式糕点技能证书或相关能力证明
