- 1、Responsible for leading hands on patisseries class
- 亲自负责法式糕点类的授课
- 2、Proficient in Microsoft skills of products(Outlook,PowerPoint,Word,Excel)
- 精通微软的产品技能(Outlook、PowerPoint、Word、Excel)
- 3、Flexible schedule(weekends,evenings if needed)
- 灵活的时间安排(如果有需要周末或晚上需加班)
- 4、Fine dining and previews demonstration or teaching experiences
- 良好的餐饮和预演演示或教学经验
- 5、We are looking for an experience pastry chef to prepare a variety of desserts. Your skill in cake and chocolate high quality treats should be matched by your creativity

- 1、Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cake,cookies,pie,chocolate
- 准备多种多样的商品,如蛋糕,饼干,蛋糕,巧克力
- 2、Create and innovate exciting desserts
- 创造和创新激动人心的甜点
- 3、Decorate patisserie using different icing topping to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- 装饰糕点使用不同的糖霜等装饰配料, 以确保展示时的效果将是完美的状态
- 4、Monitor stocks for ingredients and make appreciate orders within budget
- 在预算范围之内可以让订单变得可观,监控原料库存并在预算内出色地完成订单
- 5、Guide and motivate pastry assistants to work more efficiently
- 指导和激励糕点助理能更有效率地工作
- 6、Maintain a lean and orderly pastry station and adhere to health safety standards
- 维持一个整洁有序的糕点站,并遵守健康安全标准
- 7、Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills required
- 需要有较强的批判性思维和解决问题的能力
- 8、Ability to interact in a collaborative manner with other departments

- Requirements:
- 1、Proven experience as patisserie chef(cakes,chocolate,pie,sweet)or relevant role
- 经验丰富的糕点厨师 (蛋糕, 巧克力, 馅饼, 糖果) 或相关的角色
- 2、Create attention to details and creativity
- 注重细节和创造力
- 3、Organizing and leadership skills
- 组织和领导能力
- 4、Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
- 愿意去补充和学习专业知识
- 5、In depth knowledge of sanitation principles ,food preparation and cakes-chocolate techniques
- 深入了解环境卫生的原则, 食品制做蛋糕和巧克力技术的知识
- 6、Conducts in classroom demonstrations as required
- 根据需要进行课堂指导和演示
- 7、Demonstrates techniques and concepts as required
- 根据需要演示技术和概念
- 8、Delivers clear concise and organized lectures as required
- 根据需要提供清晰、简洁、有条理的讲座
- 9、Asses students or corporate chef performance through observation and interaction
- 通过观察和互动评价学生或企业厨师的表现
- 10、Maintain a positive focused learning environment during class
- 能够维持课程的吸引力,营造专注的学习氛围
- 11、Assures that classes are conducted in a manner that complies on food safety and sanitation
- 确保教学方式符合食品安全和环境卫生要求
- Job Requirement:
- 1、Experience pastry chef(cake-chocolate)
- 经验丰富的糕点师(蛋糕和巧克力)
- 2、Age depending on skill and experience
- 年龄不限,但应与技能和经验相匹配
- 3、Minimum 15 years of experience pastry diploma
- 糕点专业15年或以上工作经验
- 4、Certificate in patisseries art or relevant field
- 拥有法式糕点技能证书或相关能力证明
